Keto Blueberry Yogurt Parfait
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Cup Plain Full Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1 Oz Harlan's Granola
- 1 Dropperful Liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf
- 1 Handful Fresh Blueberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Harlan's Granola and set aside in an airtight container in a cool place for storage.
- Using a tall glass, spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of the glass
- Sprinkle half the blueberries around on top
- Spoon the other 1/4 cup yogurt on top
- Sprinkle the other half of the blueberries over
- Fill one dropper of liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf and drip evenly over blueberry and yogurt
- Top blueberries with the Harlan's Granola
