Keto Blueberry Yogurt Parfait


  • 1/2 Cup Plain Full Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Oz Harlan's Granola
  • 1 Dropperful Liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf
  • 1 Handful Fresh Blueberries

Prepare Harlan's Granola and set aside in an airtight container in a cool place for storage.

  • Using a tall glass, spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into the bottom of the glass
  • Sprinkle half the blueberries around on top
  • Spoon the other 1/4 cup yogurt on top
  • Sprinkle the other half of the blueberries over
  • Fill one dropper of liquid Vanilla Sweet Leaf and drip evenly over blueberry and yogurt
  • Top blueberries with the Harlan's Granola
