INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk full fat
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 tbsp Bulletproof Chocolate powder
  • 3 tbsp Swerve
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 tbs Brain Octane oil


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients in blender.
  • Drink down. Feel great all day!
