Keto Vegetarian Vegetable Pancakes
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs hard boiled
- 2.5 oz walnuts
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp coconut oil for frying
- 1 zucchini medium
INSTRUCTIONS
- Grind eggs, walnuts, salt and onion together in blender.
- Grind in zucchini.
- Form pancakes and fry on both sides until brown.
