Keto Vegetarian Vegetable Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 2.5 oz walnuts
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil for frying
  • 1 zucchini medium


INSTRUCTIONS

  • Grind eggs, walnuts, salt and onion together in blender.
  • Grind in zucchini.
  • Form pancakes and fry on both sides until brown.
