If you purchase one of our products that gets shipped (electrolytes, MCT oil powder, or Smoothies) you must return the products in like new condition to receive a refund. We will refund you for unopened products only. This means you should take extra care in packaging to make sure it arrives in good condition as things may leak during shipping. Missing or damaged plastic seals means we can not accept the product as a return.

Shipment processing time
